Program Description: SMS messages are used specifically for Administrative Account Servicing, including 120, 90, and 60-day mortgage maturity alerts and document collection reminders.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your mortgage renewal timeline and account status.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opt-Out (Stop): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our toll-free number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. PRIVACY AND DATA SHARING

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
